Ms. D a 71-year-old working senior missed 5 days of work for that awful bug going around and of course, her thermostat went out. With less of a paycheck coming in, she could not afford the repair so she was piling on the blankets!  When we got wind of it, we reached out and were able to get her thermostat replaced very quickly! We are happy to report that Ms. D is no longer imitating a popsicle.
